Job summary

PG&E, a leading energy services company in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks an Expert CI/CD Product Owner to guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure, scalable CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps capabilities. You will own roadmaps, KPIs, and backlog prioritization across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School or GED; 5 years job-related experience.
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Desired: Experience as Product Owner in an Agile environment; 5 years.
• Desired: Agile Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner, ensuring alignment among business priorities, product strategy, and delivery execution.
• Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout product lifecycles.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of prioritized work for delivery teams.
• Own major release planning and establish clear expectations for the delivery of new functionality.
• Understand business pain points, desired outcomes, and value drivers to articulate product value.
• Communicate effectively with executive, business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a bridge between business, product, engineering, architecture, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
• Identify developmental needs of team members and mentor resources to improve capabilities.
• Analyze work plans and schedules to reallocate resources and reprioritize investments.
