Northern Trust is seeking an Enterprise Change Management – Digital Enablement Lead to ensure ServiceNow SPM is effectively implemented in line with our enterprise governance framework. This role provides structured user support, drives enhancements based on business needs, and ensures data integrity and transparency across the portfolio.
You will lead governance-aligned delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion adoption and reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Enterprise Change Management – Digital Enablement Lead ensures that ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform is effectively implemented in alignment with enterprise governance framework. This role provides structured user support, ensuring the platform upholds governance standards, and drives enhancements based on business needs and feedback. This role supports consistent execution, transparency, and data integrity across the portfolio through effective use of the SPM platform.
Salary Range:
$108,965 – 185,155 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
