Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analysis Advisor based in Pittsburgh, PA to partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders across business, project and technology teams.

You will gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. In collaboration with the Product Owner you will refine requirements, support prioritization, and ensure solutions align with objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Agile environments
• Experience eliciting business requirements and developing user stories
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Project Management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Directs research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements.
• Participates in development and review of complex processes and workflows.
• Translates business needs into scalable solutions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Leads and mentors associates in business analysis practices and reporting.
