Job summary

Dozuki is hiring an Enterprise BDR to join our Marketing team in a fast-paced environment. You will identify, educate, and nurture buyers within target accounts, primarily via phone, emails, and social channels, and you will schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.

We value curiosity, collaboration, and a self-starter attitude, with a strong emphasis on scalable programs and measuring impact in a hyper-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and/or other sales and marketing tools.
• 2+ years of experience in account-based motions, supported by advertising, intent data, and cross‑organizational messaging feedback.
• 2+ years working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing ABM (Account Based Marketing)
• Must be able to work 8-5 Eastern Time (this does not require you to sit on the east coast but you must be ready to start dialing by 9am ET)

• Learn and communicate the Dozuki product advantages and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and positively positioning us within the competitive landscape.
• Use our prospecting and enrichment tools to connect with key personas at ICP accounts, primarily by phone, and secondarily through email and social channels.

• Communicate with the rest of the marketing team to continually iterate and align strategy and messaging for target accounts.
• Maintain and update the CRM to ensure it is kept current and accurate.

About The Role:

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Enterprise BDR to join our dynamic Marketing team. This advanced BDR program uses innovative tech in sophisticated workflows to generate highly qualified meetings. As a tip of the spear for our strategic outbound motion you will help find, educate, and nurture various buyer personas within target accounts. This requires making calls, writing succinct and impactful emails, engaging on social media, being an expert in our offering, and being diligent with your follow up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn and communicate the Dozuki product advantages and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and positively positioning us within the competitive landscape.

About You:

• Comfortable on the phone: you are confident and agile in spoken conversations with prospects, asking good questions and pushing prospects into the next action. Our BDR's average ~80 calls/day and set ~8 meetings per month.
• Tech First: You are curious and opinionated about marketing and sales innovations and you eagerly take up new tools and avenues for prospecting. You have favorite software but are not reliant on a single platform for success. At Dozuki, innovation is not only encouraged, it is expected, this should make you excited!
• A notorious self-starter: you are willing to jump into a project and get to work, doing the research and asking the right questions to achieve your goals independently or with feedback.

Required Skills:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year to $60,000/year based upon experience. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including bonus, equity, and OTE (on target earnings)
