Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd in Columbus/Jersey City, NJ is seeking an experienced SRE/EUC engineer for a long-term contract focused on VDI, workplace infrastructure integration, and end-user computing security.

Responsibilities include diagnosing SSL/TLS and SAML-based identity issues, implementing automation and self-healing workflows with PowerShell/Python/Bash/Ansible, and applying SRE principles to monitor SLIs/SLOs for real-time fleet health across the EUC stack.

Qualifications

• SSL/TLS certificate chain troubleshooting and identity/SAML assertions handling.
• Observability and telemetry concepts in enterprise EUC environments.
• SRE concepts applied to endpoints fleets and WDE/UCS ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• 2. VDI & Workplace Infrastructure Integration: integrate and maintain VDI and endpoint infrastructure.
• 3. Advanced Troubleshooting & Observability: diagnose edge cases in security, routing and auth flows; improve telemetry.
• 4. Automation & Self-Healing Workflows: build scalable automation for operational tasks and endpoint health checks using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• 5. SRE & Operations Management: define and monitor SLIs/SLOs; maintain real-time fleet health visibility.

4. Automation & Self-Healing Workflows

• Build scalable automation for operational tasks, endpoint health checks, and self-healing remediations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible.

5. SRE & Operations Management

• Apply SRE principles to the EUC ecosystem: define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, capture telemetry, and maintain real-time fleet health visibility.
