Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business intelligence, information systems, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
Five years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or decision support.
Previous supervisory, project‑lead, or team‑lead experience.
Strong experience with Power BI or a comparable enterprise reporting platform.
Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development of enterprise dashboards, reports, scorecards, metrics, and analytical products.
Establish reporting standards, design principles, usability standards, and report lifecycle management.
Partner with organizational leaders to identify measures, analytical approaches, and reporting solutions.
Lead user acceptance testing, stakeholder validation, and business approval prior to implementation.
Promote standardized reporting and data governance across the organization.
