Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a Delivery Lead to partner with Product Portfolio Managers and delivery teams.

You will provide portfolio-level visibility, governance support, risk management, and operational oversight, acting as the steward of portfolio delivery data and dashboards. The role focuses on portfolio operations, data quality, recurring reporting, risk and dependency visibility, and cross-team collaboration to drive timely, informed decisions and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology delivery or related discipline.
• Experience with Agile IT delivery, portfolio/project management, or delivery operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools for dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work across Product, Delivery, Technical, and Support teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio health dashboards and six-week cadence.
• Monitor data quality and reporting integrity across the portfolio.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies requiring escalation.
• Support intake, planning, and portfolio reviews with accurate delivery information.
• Coordinate low-to-medium complexity initiatives without dedicated PM resources.
• Provide governance inputs and follow-up actions for checkpoints.
