Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Program Architect to define how implementations connect into the broader enterprise landscape, spanning integration, data strategy, security architecture, and infrastructure for resilient, scalable outcomes. You will help shape how agentic AI, including Intapp Celeste, fits responsibly into the architecture as clients adopt it at scale.

Day to day, you will assess client environments, design integration and data architectures, define security requirements, and guide delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture with integration, data strategy, and security
• Experience designing architecture for complex multi-system enterprise environments (B2B/SaaS)
• Deep knowledge of integration platforms and patterns (e.g. Boomi) and APIs
• Strong grounding in data architecture, governance, migration, and AI-supportable approaches
• Experience deploying agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate architectural vision to technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy covering integration, data strategy, security, and infrastructure across multiple systems
• Shape how agentic AI capabilities, including Intapp Celeste, fit into client architecture
• Design integration architectures connecting Intapp products with ERP, CRM, identity providers, and other systems
• Establish data governance and architecture patterns for complex data migrations, reporting, or AI use cases
• Advise on security architecture and serve as enterprise voice across Services, Product, Engineering, and Security
• Identify and escalate architectural risks early, advising on mitigations and tradeoffs
• Contribute to internal architecture community with reusable reference architectures and playbooks
• Present Intapp architectural viewpoint to client executives and steering committees
