Performance Contracting Group (PCG) is seeking a strategic and business-minded Manager of Software Architecture to lead the evolution of enterprise technology solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping PCG's technology direction, developing architectural standards, and partnering closely with business leaders, software development teams, innovation teams, and external technology vendors to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, enterprise architecture expertise, and a passion for emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, cloud platforms, and modern integration strategies. This individual will help identify opportunities to improve business processes, evaluate new technologies, guide architectural decisions, and ensure solutions remain aligned with PCG's long-term strategic objectives.
Salary range: $106,900-$143,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This role is 50% business strategy, process improvement, and innovation leadership, 30% architecture leadership, and only 20% technology governance.
