ManTech seeks an Enterprise Architect in Stafford, VA to support a Marine Corps contract. You will develop DoDAF 2.02 architectures and extend tool schemas to meet MC leadership needs, while mentoring staff and communicating architecture decisions across teams.
You will collaborate with engineers and standards personnel, prepare technical documentation, and participate in architecture meetings to advance MAGTF network capabilities for the warfighter.
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Enterprise Architect to join our team in Stafford, VA to help support our current contract with the Marine Corps System Command (MCSC).
ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer to ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by MCSC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establish technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) networks and system capabilities to the warfighter.
Development of Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and DoDAF 2.02 architectures.
Extend Architecture tool schemas, as required, to satisfy Marine Corps Enterprise and Solution architecture development and data requirements.
Provide architectural and technical subject matter expertise to all architecture development projects including communicating architectural decisions and mentoring other technical staff.
Participate in the collaborative process of identifying and capturing architecture data with engineers, technical subject matter experts and information technology standards personnel.
Support Enterprise and Solution architecture-related technical and strategy discussions.
Prepare and maintain technical systems or program documentation, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training material.
Coordinate, and participate in architectural meetings and events
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience with DoDAF Architecture. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
At least 1 year of experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Catia Magic portfolio tools i.e. Magic Systems of Systems Architecture and Magic Cyber Systems Engineer.
Experience with UAF and/or SysML.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and influence others to achieve desired results for the project.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with UML, UPDM and IDEF.
Knowledge of Marine Corps Systems Engineering Processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I. Familiarity with the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.
Technical education related to any of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analysis, agile software development and build methodologies, or simulation.
Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, concepts, practices, procedures, systems and interfaces.
