The role emphasizes design, requirements management, open standards, and cross-team collaboration to deliver robust, integrated technical solutions across diverse platforms and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with modeling tools such as NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, IBM Rhapsody.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish architecture for battlefield network and command and control systems.
• Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle with traceability and verification.
• Provide expertise in open systems standards, mission engineering, software design within an integrated digital approach.
• Apply mission engineering principles to optimize system and subsystem performance across platforms and environments.
• Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and stakeholders to translate needs into executable architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and establish architecture for battlefield network and command and control systems.


• Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring traceability, verification, and compliance with program objectives.


• Provide expertise in open systems standards, mission engineering, software design, all as part of an integrated digital approach.


• Apply mission engineering principles to optimize and analyze system and subsystem performance across diverse platforms and operational environments.


• Collaborate with mission engineers, platform architects, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into executable system architectures and integrated technical solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Product Line Engineering a plus


• Experience with common Digital Engineering tools

Qualifications

• BS 5-7, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 (Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
