Enterprise Architect & Data Manager
Provide strategic vision and operational leadership for data architecture, management and reporting to the University. Develop and implement a scalable and reliable data ecosystem to support current and future needs while working with campus stakeholders on standard data definitions, ownership, classification and literacy. Supervise and develop staff, oversee portfolios of technology initiatives, manage resources and budgets, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and effective data and reporting services in alignment with strategic objectives.
This position has been deemed essential as addressed in the University of Wyoming's Employee Handbook. Employees in essential positions may be required to work during emergency closures and winter closures based on the nature of their job duties and the reasons for the closure.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: 5 years work-related experience, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.
This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate ideally would be available to work and perform essential job functions on-site, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level, though remote work may be considered for the right individual.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States, as sponsorship for any work authorization or work visas is not available for this position.
