Job summary

Henderson Scott is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and drive architecture strategy across a large technology environment. You will lead scalable, secure solutions across digital, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and data analytics, focusing on cloud modernization and AI adoption.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, designing API-first architectures, and governing standards while guiding teams across applications, cloud, integration and data domains.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices and API development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka or similar cloud-native technologies.
• Experience architecting AI, machine learning or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD and engineering best practices.
• Experience supporting major enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong customer engagement, solutioning and presentation skills.
• Retail industry experience and Google Cloud certification would be beneficial.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Benefits

Experience needed: Extensive enterprise architecture experience, with strong knowledge of multi-cloud platforms, Java-based application design, cloud modernisation and AI-enabled solutions. Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes is particularly important.
