Job summary

GRTC Transit System in Richmond, VA is seeking an IST Technical Support Analyst to implement, administer, and improve enterprise business applications, with Oracle Fusion Cloud as a core focus.

You will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assist with application administration, and partner with departments to drive technology adoption and documentation. This is a full-time role with growth toward becoming the Agency's internal SME for enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in information technology or related technical environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Agency's enterprise business applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and related systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with application administration, user account management, security provisioning, and access requests.
• Monitor system performance and elevate issues as appropriate.
