Job summary

Quantum Leap is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead front-office and enterprise systems including HRIS, access/security, and related platforms. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with business controls.

Responsibilities include owning applications, coordinating testing and releases, and implementing RBAC and access reviews. A strong, collaborative candidate is essential for success in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise or front-office applications.
• Experience with HRIS, security, and identity/access management.
• Understanding of RBAC and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Own and support assigned enterprise applications including HRIS and access/security systems.
• Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, and testing with IT and vendors.
• Define role-based access models and provisioning requirements.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and releases with testing & documentation.
