Job summary

Savista, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Salesforce, Freshworks, and other enterprise platforms. You will drive initiatives, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing.

In a fully remote environment, you will lead and develop a technical support team, manage vendor relationships, and handle contract lifecycle processes while aligning platform strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar).
• Experience leading and developing a technical support or development team.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewals.
• Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based connections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Salesforce, and Freshworks, ensuring effective integration and administration.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support for application issues and vendor management.
• Drive ongoing platform initiatives and maintain relationships with external vendors while managing contract lifecycle processes.
