Job summary

LiveRamp in San Francisco seeks an Enterprise Applications Engineer to design, implement, and support a range of enterprise applications and integrations that power our data collaboration network. This role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across teams and technologies.

You will evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and drive security, performance, and reliability. A CS/IT degree and experience with cloud-based apps and APIs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with enterprise applications in implementation, support, or development roles.
• Solid knowledge of application integration, APIs, and database systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve the application landscape.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and data integrity standards.

• Support end users with queries and training when needed.
• Coordinate deployments and support with external vendors.
