Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking an IT Manager of Enterprise Applications and Data to lead strategy, governance, and operations of the company’s application portfolio and data assets. The role oversees a team, vendor relationships, and the lifecycle of critical software.

You will partner with business leaders to streamline processes, improve data quality, and align technology with strategic goals. This is a hybrid role based in Morgantown, WV, with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT operations, coordination, or support; oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the application support team, comprised of internal and external resources.
• Administer, support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise business applications to ensure reliability and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute application management strategies, roadmaps, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Manage full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, and retirement planning.
• Oversee data governance practices, establishing standards, policies, and procedures for data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify system needs and implement technology solutions for operational efficiency.
• Lead design, management, and support of application integrations for seamless data exchange.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract oversight, licensing, SLAs, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions and investments to meet evolving needs.
• Oversee application security, access controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs for performance, availability, data quality, and vendor service delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise applications and licenses.
• Direct incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate user training and change management activities related to implementations.
