You are a trusted technical specialist responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and operational integrity of iManage's enterprise business applications and SaaS ecosystem. As Enterprise Applications Analystreporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will execute critical application audits, conductcomprehensive access permission reviews, manage application evaluations, and support the administration ofour global applications portfolio. Your work directly impacts application governance, user productivity, andsecurity posture across the organization.
iM Responsible For…
- Conducting application audits and user activity analysis across the enterprise SaaS portfolio to assesscompliance, identify risks, and validate proper system usage.
- Performing comprehensive access permission reviews and access certifications, ensuring principle ofleast privilege and timely deprovisioning of user accounts.
- Evaluating new and existing applications for alignment with security standards, business requirements,and architectural principles before procurement or renewal decisions.
- Maintaining detailed application documentation including user access matrices, process flows, integration dependencies, and compliance mappings.
- Supporting SaaS management and identity governance platforms (BetterCloud, Entra ID, and similartools) to maintain accurate application inventories and user entitlements.
- Researching and recommending improvements to application governance processes, controls, andworkflows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Monitoring and reporting on application health metrics, including user inactivity, license utilization,security findings, and cost anomalies.
- Managing and triaging application-related support tickets, coordinating with stakeholders, anddocumenting resolutions for future reference.
- Assisting with application rationalization initiatives by analyzing usage data, identifying overlappingfunctionality, and supporting consolidation recommendations.
- Preparing audit-ready reports and compliance documentation for internal governance reviews andexternal regulatory assessments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences,translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Supporting identity and access management governance, including user provisioning/deprovisioningworkflows and role-based access control validation.
- Supporting application change management initiatives by coordinating with global IT and user teams,documenting system changes, assessing impact on access controls, and ensuring proper communicationand testing protocols are followed.
- Participating in scheduled maintenance windows and providing rotational off-hours support as needed toassist with application deployments, user issue resolution, and operational continuity across global timezones.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in application management, systems administration, accessmanagement, or IT auditing.
- Demonstrated expertise in identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning,deprovisioning, and access control frameworks.
- Experience with SaaS management platforms such as BetterCloud, Zylo, Okta, or similar solutions forapplication visibility and governance.
- Working knowledge of cloud identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta) and SSO/SAML concepts.
- Strong experience with ticketing systems and service management processes (IT Service Management,ITIL fundamentals a plus).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools to conduct user activity reviews, access audits, andreporting.
- Experience conducting or supporting access reviews, user provisioning audits, or complianceassessments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain detaileddocumentation, and meet audit timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or anomalies in complex datasets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to businessstakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalentprofessional experience.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements isstrongly preferred.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 – 95,000 per year. Individual compensationfor each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This rangedoes not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
