SRS Distribution Inc. in McKinney, TX seeks an Enterprise Applications Administrator to oversee configuration, security, and maintenance of the company’s ERP and related systems, including Agility. You will ensure system reliability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
You will provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and document changes and access for audits. Expect a hybrid work model with a minimum of three days onsite, and opportunities to work on
Position Purpose: The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of the company’s ERP, enterprise applications, and related systems. This position ensures system reliability, provides user support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.
Direct Manager Direct Reports: Reports directly to the Enterprise Applications Administrator Supervisor. This position does not have direct reports.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required. Max of 10% at peak times. The Enterprise Applications Administrator may be expected to undertake occasional travel, as necessary, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in professional development, and attend industry events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally. The Enterprise Applications Administrator role primarily involves work within a standard office environment, where employees are expected to perform tasks involving prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of computer equipment, and frequent communication with peers both in-person and through digital platforms. Candidates should be able to effectively use standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and presentation tools. This position requires the ability to occasionally move about the office to access files, office machinery, or meet with other team members or stakeholders. Security and Compliance Awareness: Solid understanding of best practices in application security and compliance, ensuring that all enterprise applications adhere to relevant regulatory standards.
Advanced Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and integrating cloud-based solutions, particularly with platforms such as Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Education: achelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Minimum Years Of Work Experience: 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.
