In this role, you will:

    Configure, Implement, and Maintain: Take charge of our application portfolio, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with business users and analysts in a supportive, small team environment. Your ideas and expertise will drive integration and software support.
  • Develop and Script: Engage in light development and scripting using tools like PowerShell and Automate to enhance our systems.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Interface with the Service Desk and technical staff to resolve application issues and provide top-notch support.
  • Mentor and Lead: Share your knowledge and mentor junior team members and Service Desk staff, fostering growth and development.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary of $95,000- $105,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities




Advanced Technical Support and Administration
  • Provide advanced Tier III support for third-party and UTI custom applications and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Server Administration and its interaction with third-party applications.
  • Perform recovery processes to restore system functionality.
  • Implement application patches, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
  • Create scripts and SQL queries to automate repetitive functions.
  • Perform application set-up, design, user maintenance, and system maintenance.
Process Improvement and Analysis
  • Analyze current design and recommend changes to improve business processes.
  • Work with vendors to resolve application issues.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate tuning activities with DBA and Network Engineering teams.
  • Manage releases and deployment activities, coordinating with multiple development and support teams.
  • Provide guidance and training for junior team members on supported applications.
Customer Service and Documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Document processes, procedures, best practices, and develop training materials to support a 'train-the-trainer' philosophy.
  • Act as the primary liaison with product technical and customer support teams.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and training to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.





Qualifications




Education / Experience
  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT field or equivalent work experience

  • Report Development experience a plus

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft SQL with respect to application support.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience supporting enterprise level SaaS applications and integrations.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 to include extensive experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.

  • Experience with implementation and support of a SaaS intranet solution like Simpplr, Interact, Lumapps, Firstup or Staffbase.

  • Experience with Nintex or Power Automate workflows is a plus.

  • Experience with ShareGate migration tool is a plus.
