Join us as an Enterprise Application Administrator II at Universal Technical Institute, Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Applications Systems Administrator II to join our team. This role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining our application portfolio, collaborating with business users, scripting with PowerShell and Automate, supporting and troubleshooting applications, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced Tier III support for applications and integrations
• Manage server administration and system recovery processes
• Implement patches, upgrades, and automate functions with scripts and SQL
• Analyze and improve business processes, coordinate with vendors, and monitor system performance
• Document processes, deliver exceptional customer service, and train team members

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in IT; 3-5 years supporting enterprise SaaS applications
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, SaaS intranet solutions, Nintex, Power Automate, and ShareGate is a plus
