Job summary

AppTweak is seeking a highly motivated App Growth Consultant with strong ASO expertise to join our team. You will work closely with Enterprise clients to develop customized ASO and App Store Acquisition strategies and support execution, including Apple Ads, to drive growth.

The role demands deep ASO knowledge, UA strategy understanding, and excellent client communication. Responsibilities include conducting ASO audits, keyword optimization, data-driven growth recommendations, and presenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years of Mobile UA or ASO experience, ideally including hands-on experience with Apple Ads (Apple Search Ads).
• Experience with AppTweak or a similar ASO/App Store marketing platform is a strong plus.
• Agency or client management experience is a plus.
• Extremely proactive character, eager to learn and grow in an extremely fast-paced environment, while maintaining a resilient attitude.
• Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel, proven track record with complex data, and the ability to extrapolate insights and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills; ability to present findings and defend results.
• Team player and over-communicator; proactive in sharing and seeking feedback.
• Highly organized; capable of timely project delivery under pressure.
• Curious and creative; familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop ASO expertise and keep knowledge up to date on Apple App Store and Google Play trends.
• Create ASO Audits, conduct keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase visibility and app installs for Enterprise clients.
• Use analytical skills to provide data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for Enterprise clients.
• Present analysis and recommendations to clients and provide guidance on ASO and app marketing.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers and proactively resolve problems based on ASO knowledge.
• Promote, discuss, research and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers on time.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize and identify upsell/cross-sell areas.
• Collaborate with Head of ASO to highlight improvements in ASO Consultancy services.
• Provide feedback to product team on new features and enhancements.
• Contribute ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to educate clients and leads.
• Collaborate with VP of Consulting Services to explore opportunities in UA Consultancy.
