Job summary

AppTweak is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented App Growth Consultant with strong ASO expertise to join our team in San Francisco. You will work with Enterprise clients to develop customized ASO and App Store Acquisition strategies, including Apple Ads, and guide them through execution with deep ASO knowledge and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
• 2-3 years of Mobile UA or ASO experience, including Apple Ads.
• Experience with AppTweak or similar ASO platform is a strong plus.
• Agency or client management experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with Excel and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop ASO expertise and stay up to date with Apple App Store and Google Play trends.
• Create ASO audits, optimize keywords, and build recommendations to increase visibility and installs for Enterprise clients.
• Provide data-driven growth opportunities and present analysis to clients; support ASO and app marketing questions.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers and proactively resolve issues based on ASO knowledge.
• Promote ASO/Growth Managed Services and identify upsell opportunities with Account Managers.
• Collaborate with product and consulting teams to feedback client needs and improve services.
• Contribute ASO-related content (blogs/videos) to educate clients and leads.
