Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to lead post-sales technical implementations for enterprise clients using API-based SaaS solutions. This role is hands-on and focuses on solution design, API integrations, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful customer go-lives.

You will design scalable integration solutions, work directly with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication flows, and collaborate with client engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar post-sales role.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and authentication flows.
• Explain and troubleshoot API integrations, payloads, authentication, and data mapping.
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing, or financial systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently as an hands-on contributor.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hybrid work environment in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from requirements gathering through Go-Live.
• Design and document scalable integration solutions for enterprise customers.
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication flows.
• Integrate SaaS solutions with ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Partner with client engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Manage technical stakeholders across customer, product, and engineering teams.
• Lead implementation meetings, technical discussions, and project updates.
• Identify integration risks and drive resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product requirements to internal teams.
