Job summary

EY seeks an Apigee Migration Program Delivery Lead to guide enterprise-wide API migration and platform transformation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, and operations to ensure successful migration outcomes and steady-state operations.

You will partner with senior client and EY leadership to manage delivery plans, governance, risks, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
At least 6 years of professional experience in program management, technology delivery, or transformation leadership.
Extensive experience leading large-scale application modernization, API migration, digital transformation, or platform implementation programs.
Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to interact with executive leadership, technology teams, and client stakeholders.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong understanding of API management platforms, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise architectures.
Strong resource management, dependency management, and program governance experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Copilot, project management, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide Apigee migration and platform transformation programs.
Maintain integrated program plans aligning migration, platform buildout, testing, security, DevOps, and readiness workstreams.
Coordinate migration wave schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deployment timelines.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, operations, and production support teams.
Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and budget performance.
Oversee governance processes including steering committees, reviews, risk assessments, and escalations.
Manage RAID processes to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Facilitate blockers in migration execution, testing, and production readiness.
Coordinate release planning, cutovers, and hypercare support.
Drive resource planning and capacity management across delivery teams.
Oversee QA, security assessments, and production deployment approvals.
Coordinate transition to operations and steady-state service management.
Monitor post-deployment support and long-term platform adoption.
