Job summary

EY is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-wide Apigee migration and platform transformation programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, and operations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

You will manage migration waves, governance, risk, and executive reporting, with a focus on achieving go-live readiness and long-term platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of program management or technology delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale API migration, digital transformation, or platform programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder delivery with vendors.
• Strong executive communication and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Apigee migration and platform transformation programs.
• Maintain integrated program plans aligning migration, buildout, testing, and operations.
• Coordinate migration waves, milestones, dependencies, and deployment timelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, testing, security, DevOps, and operations.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, budgets, and go-live readiness.
• Oversee governance, RAID, risk assessments, and escalation forums.
• Coordinate release planning, cutovers, and hypercare support.
• Ensure transition from migration execution to steady-state operations.
