Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Azure and Microsoft certifications are preferred, AZ-305 highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years designing, modernizing, governing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange).
• Experience in banking or highly regulated industries is highly preferred.

The Enterprise and Solutions Architect III provides leadership for enterprise-wide architecture systems, cloud, and data center hosting initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert across multiple technology domains to include Systems, O365, Data Center and Cloud architecture. This role develops strategic architecture roadmaps, guides technology direction, and drives standardization and modernization efforts.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Relevant Azure and Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience designing, modernizing, governing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Minimum of 3 years of enterprise architecture and/or cloud architecture experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services or other highly regulated industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure and Platform Design, Security Architecture, and Technology Governance.
• Experience with building, maintaining, and migrating systems in an on-prem environment and Cloud.
• Experience with Enterprise Design, Technical Leadership, Strategic Planning, Innovation, Risk Management, and Communication.
• Experience in drawing and reviewing Technical Solution Design Documentation and Standards.
• Ability to collaborate and design with a cross-functional team.
• Ability to travel within the WSFS Bank Footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Salary Range

$111,440.00 - $183,082.25 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
