Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking an Enterprise and Solutions Architect III in the Greater Philadelphia region. You will provide leadership for enterprise-wide architecture, cloud, and data center initiatives, guiding technology direction and standardization across systems, O365, Azure, and Exchange.

You will mentor junior architects, create future-state roadmaps, oversee architecture assessments, ensure business–technology alignment, and support cybersecurity, risk, and governance in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Eng, or related field.
• AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
• 10+ years designing and modernizing enterprise infrastructure across M365/Azure/Exchange.
• 3+ years in enterprise or cloud architecture.
• Banking or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Expertise in EA, Cloud Architecture, Security Architecture, and Governance.
• Experience migrating on-prem to cloud and designing with cross-functional teams.

The Enterprise and Solutions Architect III provides leadership for enterprise-wide architecture systems, cloud, and data center hosting initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert across multiple technology domains to include Systems, O365, Data Center and Cloud architecture. This role develops strategic architecture roadmaps, guides technology direction, and drives standardization and modernization efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and enterprise solution design efforts related to systems, cloud, and O365.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and governance processes for systems, cloud, and O365.
• Create future-state technology roadmaps for systems, cloud, O365 solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead system/cloud architecture assessments and system/cloud technology evaluation programs.
• Provide architectural oversight for major business and technology initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business capabilities and technology solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and engineering teams in systems, cloud, and O365.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, resilience, and risk management initiatives.
• Serve as lead architect for large-scale transformation programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Relevant Azure and Microsoft certifications are preferred. AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience designing, modernizing, governing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise architecture and/or cloud architecture experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services or other highly regulated industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure and Platform Design, Security Architecture, and Technology Governance.
• Experience with building, maintaining, and migrating systems in an on-prem environment and Cloud.
• Experience with Enterprise Design, Technical Leadership, Strategic Planning, Innovation, Risk Management, and Communication.
• Experience in drawing and reviewing Technical Solution Design Documentation and Standards.
• Ability to collaborate and design with a cross-functional team.
• Ability to travel within the WSFS Bank Footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Salary Range

$111,440.00 - $183,082.25

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
