Job summary

Corient seeks an Analytics and Reporting Lead to guide the analytics team and deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and data insights across the organization. You will own data products underpinning management, financial, and regulatory reporting, ensuring data quality and auditable processes.

This role requires 4–6+ years in analytics, with proven experience leading teams in a regulatory environment, and strong communication and documentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics or reporting roles.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing teams and complex reporting environments.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise reporting at a Financial Services firm or other environments subject to strong regulatory and audit requirements.
• Distinguished academic track record in quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analytics and Reporting team leadership. Manage data analysts delivering dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analysis. Establish consistent standards for analytics development and documentation.
• Enterprise Reporting. Own delivery of data products underpinning management reporting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting, including automated dashboards, reports, and other analytical outputs.
• Robust data outputs, processes, and controls. Ensure data outputs are accurate, auditable, and trusted by internal and external stakeholders, and that underlying data processes, logic, controls, and documentation meet ICFR and audit expectations.
• Cross-functional data analytics and reporting support. Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications to meet business requirements. Act as a senior subject matter expert for enterprise analytics and reporting.
