Job summary

RaceTrac seeks an Enterprise Analytics Analyst to turn data into insights that guide decision-making across our Restaurant, Fuels, and Retail divisions. This role supports development of BI solutions and provides analytical backing to internal partners.

You will perform financial and data analysis, identify trends, and create reporting tools to uncover opportunities and improvements in pricing, forecasting, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years' experience as a systems analyst, database analyst/developer, or business analyst preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other BI software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports RaceTrac's Restaurant, Fuels, and Retail divisions and shared business functions, ensuring the appropriate analytics and data are available for internal users.
• Provides research and reporting support to internal customers, including financial analysis, data analysis, trend identification, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of tests and promotions.
• Creates reporting tools to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement, using analysis to make strategic recommendations.
• Uses data from various sources in reporting to drive the business forward in areas such as retail pricing, demand forecasting, and promotional analysis.
• Fulfills ad hoc reporting and analysis requests related to promotional trends, product launches, exception reporting, and other business priorities.
• Assesses current company reporting processes and provides recommendations for new methods to enhance reporting and analytics for internal customers.

What We're Looking For:
