Job summary

Lucid Software is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to act as a trusted advisor and delivery lead for enterprise accounts, translating complex challenges into visual roadmaps. You will work with IT stakeholders and product teams to maximize adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.

The role blends business strategy with technical execution and requires collaboration across Fortune 500 clients, with hybrid work in Utah and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a highly consultative, customer-facing role (Professional Services, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS).
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, process management, or enterprise architecture.
• Foundational exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or infrastructure visualization.
• Proven track record presenting to Director, VP, and C-suite enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience transforming chaotic enterprise environments into structured project deliverables.
• Hybrid role with in-person collaboration at South Jordan, UT office two days per week (Tue & Thu).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fortune 500 stakeholders to design and execute customized engagements delivering high-value visual outputs.
• Guide enterprise clients on transformation outcomes using Lucid to develop solutions and enablement programs.
• Facilitate executive workshops on large-scale digital transformations and corporate change management.
• Analyze ambiguous business environments to uncover friction points and prescribe structured visual solutions.
• Extract field insights to influence Lucid's product roadmap and scale Professional Services methodologies.
• Translate successful client outcomes into public-facing case studies and present at industry events.
