Job summary

Cprime is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to lead deals for its WX services, focusing on agile transformation, ITSM, digital workplace, and AI-enabled work management built on the Atlassian stack.

The role requires proven enterprise sales experience, ability to build and manage a robust pipeline, and a track record of closing complex multi-year engagements. A strong network within the Atlassian ecosystem is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling consulting or transformation services.
• Direct experience selling Atlassian-related services preferred.
• Comfortable positioning advisory and implementation services in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle from first conversation to close across WX's service lines.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline at 3x quota target.
• Define and execute work transformation strategies with measurable gains.
• Position Atlassian as the platform of choice for enterprise work transformation.
• Build partnerships with Atlassian sales, channel, and alliance teams.
• Coordinate proposals, deal structuring, and handoffs to delivery.
