Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an AI Technical Leader, a principal engineer role with leadership in AI/ML and data analytics. You will develop and deploy AI solutions for business units and centers of excellence, leading governance, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. with substantial industry experience, travel up to 10%, and onsite work at Carrier facilities in Indianapolis, IN or Kennesaw, GA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10+ years of industrial experience in AI/ML/Data Analytics or related fields; or Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of AI technical leadership work experience and engineering domain knowledge.
• Willing to travel up to 10% annually, including domestic and international trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and governance of AI solutions for business units and centers of excellence.
• Define and execute the AI strategy, roadmap, standards, and best practices across Carrier Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-value AI solutions and drive measurable business impact.
