Job summary

Ema, the world’s largest agentic AI platform, is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements. You will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to drive transformations across major enterprises and influence deal strategy at the highest levels.

Qualifications

7–12 years+ experience, including time as a Senior Engagement Manager at top-tier firms.
Consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation background.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/tech sales cycles.
Solid understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows.
Proven track record advising C-suite clients and managing executive relationships.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to design business cases and ROI analyses.

Responsibilities

Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
Partner with executive sponsors and teams to deliver AI solutions.
Define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
Influence deal strategy with CEO, CRO, and leadership.
Shape proposals and strategic narratives to accelerate deals.
Mentor teams on consultative selling and engagement design.
