Job summary

Ema is building the world’s largest agentic AI platform to revolutionize enterprise productivity. We seek a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements.

You will work with our executive team to drive transformations, engaging C-level leaders and cross-functionally aligned stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in top-tier consulting and is comfortable with enterprise SaaS sales motions, AI applications, and rapid, high-velocity

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation
• Experience as Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at top firms (McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalents)
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles
• Strong storytelling, structure, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI engagements for high-value enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with C-level clients and cross-functional teams to shape AI strategy and roadmaps
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and execution plans for AI transformations
• Mentor teams on consultative selling, engagement design, and strategic storytelling
