Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• AI, Cloud, Architecture, or Data certifications preferred (Azure/GCP).
• Experience leading AI/ML initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the enterprise AI strategy and adoption roadmap.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and product effectiveness.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
• Architect scalable, secure AI platforms and oversee solution lifecycle from concept to production.
• Coach executives and teams on AI opportunities and enterprise best practices.
• Foster AI literacy and create communities of practice across the organization.
