Job summary

Camunda is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to champion process automation across North America, including government agencies. You will drive ARR growth with new business and expansion through complex sales cycles, collaborating with Solutions Engineering and Product leaders to support customer use cases.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, executive engagement, and a track record of closing large, multi-year contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota attainment within an Enterprise software (SaaS) AE role.
• 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to Enterprise Healthcare and/or medical tech companies (10k+ employees).
• Proven track record of selling $1M+ multi-year contracts.
• Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
• Track record of building new Pipeline generation via outbound campaigns.
• Ability to manage a high performing Account Teams, driving strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, negotiations, and on-site meetings when necessary.
• Articulate Camunda’s value proposition to technical and business leadership across levels.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners to understand and support customer use cases.
• Leverage multiple communication methods and cross-functional teams to build contact with mid-to-senior leadership across enterprise organizations.
