Job summary

Encord is hiring for a role focused on building high-performance frontend experiences and data-driven visualization. You will work across the stack, handling data pipelines, storage, and interactive 3D rendering for Spatial AI applications.

You will own projects end-to-end, from architectural decisions to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact, collaborating with robotics and autonomous vehicle teams. This role emphasizes autonomy, speed, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with emphasis on high-performance frontend work.
• Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or related technologies for spatial/sensor data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; React experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and containerized deployment (Kubernetes).
• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or Physical AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance frontend experiences, including rendering complex 3D scenes with thousands of objects at smooth frame rates.
• Work across the full stack—from backend data pipelines and storage to frontend visualization and interaction.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from product decisions through deployment, monitoring, and user impact measurement.
• Work with visual, spatial, and sensor data to make sense of the physical world.
• Tackle complex domains at massive scale with simple, well-crafted solutions.
• Take initiative and continuously seek improvements.
