Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with partners, OEMs, and customers across NVIDIA AI Factory solutions, focusing on on-premises enterprise solutions. You will translate customer workloads into NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding deployments at scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, collaboration with engineering, and ensuring successful adoption of NVIDIA platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience across software/hardware engineering, developer relations, partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management with 3-5+ years of hands-on compute, networking, and storage.
Deep technical expertise in system management software, OS, firmware, and hardware infrastructure deployed at scale, with a track record of integrations.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to engineers and executives.
Strong problem-solving, curiosity, and customer success focus.
History of balancing partner/customer needs with decision-making in complex products.
Hands-on experience with on-prem AI-focused solutions, including architectures, rack-scale firmware, cluster management, workload software, and related hardware.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor mapping customer workloads to NVIDIA tech stack for measurable outcomes.
Co-design scalable architectures with partners and OEMs, defining technical direction and deployment plans.
Engage hands-on with design, validation, and support of solutions enabling customer success.
Identify gaps between customer/partner needs and NVIDIA offerings to influence priorities.
Lead technical engagements, help troubleshoot and advocate for customer needs.
Drive platform adoption and integration of NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams for successful deployment and continuous improvement.
Build and share knowledge and infrastructure insights for NVIDIA platforms.
Tailor on-prem solutions to environments while balancing risk, performance, and supportability.
Be a hands-on mentor and experienced voice to accelerate customer success.
