Typeface seeks a Solutions Architect to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-driven architectures, rapidly prototype applications, and integrate the Typeface platform across customer ecosystems.

You will blend full‑stack engineering with hands-on GenAI experience to build agents, workflows, and reusable components while driving customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing Solution Architectures for Enterprises.
• Outstanding customer-centricity with ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for engineers and executives; write clear technical docs.
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal AI for text, images, video, and audio.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Rapidly prototype AI-driven applications and integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems.
• Define customer requirements with Engagement Managers and Product teams; co-create GenAI solutions.
• Lead delivery sprints, on-site or remote, balancing multiple customer engagements.
• Document playbooks, prompts, and best practices for internal knowledge bases.
