  • Translate conversations and requirements into:
  • Process flows
  • User stories

Build AI Solutions

  • Configure and prototype agentic workflows using:
  • AI models
  • Low-code platforms
  • APIs
  • Integrations
  • Orchestration frameworks
  • Design intelligent decision paths, guardrails, human approvals, escalation logic, and recovery strategies.

Validate & Deliver

  • Work closely with engineering teams to move prototypes into production.
  • Define testing approaches, expected behaviors, edge cases, and operational safeguards.
  • Present solutions to customers and incorporate feedback into continuous improvements.

Drive Customer Success

  • Support deployment and adoption.
  • Help customers build confidence in AI-enabled workflows.
  • Identify adoption barriers and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Capture successful patterns that can be reused across future customer engagements.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be successful when you:

Turn ambiguous business problems into practical AI solutions

Deliver clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams

Build workflows that are secure, reliable, and production-ready

Balance automation with thoughtful human oversight

Help customers successfully adopt—not just deploy—AI

Create reusable best practices that accelerate future implementations
