Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Engagement Manager on the Code team in San Francisco. You will own enterprise evaluations and post-training data programs for coding models, coordinating with product, operations, and engineering to deliver on commitments.

The role carries a revenue target and requires showcasing both technical and commercial acumen to grow Mercor's code business with frontier AI labs and enterprise software teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS or related field.
• 4+ years in enterprise B2B software sales engineering or similar.
• Track record of closing six- to seven-figure deals.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI labs and enterprise teams and manage full sales cycle.
• Conduct technical discovery and turn findings into proposals.
• Scope and price enterprise evaluation and data programs.
• Lead demos and pilots and convert results into commitments.
• Coordinate with product, operations, and engineering to deliver on timelines.
• Forecast pipeline and bring feedback to product and research teams.
