Job summary

HiveWatch, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logos for our AI-powered Enterprise SaaS platform. You will target security, IT, and procurement leaders at large organizations and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through renewal, with a base salary and lucrative commission structure, working in a fast-growing security tech environment at our El Segundo HQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 6+ years experience in direct software sales role.
• Proven track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services.
• Comfortable running full end to end sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Bring in net-new enterprise logos and sell HiveWatch's AI-powered Enterprise SaaS solution to large organizations.
• Engage GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders as buyers.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes and close deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams during pilots and evaluations.
