Anthropic Limited in New York seeks an Applied AI Security Architect to serve as a trusted security expert for enterprise customers, addressing Claude deployment security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead security architecture reviews, coordinate with CISOs and compliance teams in healthcare and life sciences, and help design solutions that meet HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS and other standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or pre-sales.
• Experience with healthcare and life sciences compliance regimes.
• Ability to explain complex security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements.
• Lead technical deep-dives on network security, identity management, encryption, API security, and logging.
• Collaborate with CISOs and compliance teams to design compliant security solutions.
• Support security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence with detailed documentation.
• Work with GTM and Applied AI teams to align on security discussions and roadmaps.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering on security capabilities and roadmap.
