Job summary

Bioworld Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for its AI Platform in Irving, TX. You will own the enterprise AI roadmap, translate business needs into concrete requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver capable AI-driven features that drive measurable business value.

You will work with distributed teams across time zones, maintain a clear backlog, and ensure acceptance criteria are met. This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, Licensing, and Operations to achieve

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience translating business needs into buildable specifications.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineers to ship measurable value.
Comfort working with data, including basic SQL or similar tools for profiling.

Responsibilities

Own product backlog with clear business outcomes and success criteria.
Elicit, challenge, and document requirements for AI-driven features and platform services.
Translate evolving requests into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define delivery roadmaps, sequencing, and release readiness in collaboration with engineering teams.
Coordinate with offshore teams through clear specs and async handoffs.
Serve as primary liaison between Data & AI Platform and business domains (Sales, Finance, Licensing, Product, Operations).
Validate shipped features against acceptance criteria and source-of-truth data, measure adoption and impact.
