• Shape roadmaps with product and design, applying technical judgment.
• Maintain reliability and code quality; lead incident response and safe migrations.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure extensible platforms.
• Represent engineering in enterprise customer conversations with sales and customer success.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship; develop interview pipelines with recruiting.
• Work with co-founders to deliver enterprise priorities.
