Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Daily use of AI models and tools with knowledge of frontier developments.
• Proficiency in Python, plus experience with TypeScript or Go.
• Strong business acumen across enterprise functions.
• Broad agent stack knowledge: agents, connectors, context engineering, evals.
• Product judgment to simplify agent UX for users with varying tech ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities and build core systems for enterprise reach.
• Develop cross-functional empathy with recruiting, sales, finance, legal, support, and operations.
• Engineer scalable infrastructure: knowledge stores, connectors, evaluation infra for scale.
• Translate friction and triumphs of real work into product and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Enterprise customers to deliver simple, reliable experiences.
