Job summary

Perplexity is seeking creative, AI native engineers to join our Enterprise Adoption team in New York. You will build core systems and platforms to make our AI tools transformative for every internal team and external enterprise customer.

You will collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, Sales, and enterprise clients to translate needs into reliable product experiences in Computer. Daily use of the latest frontier AI models/tools and strong Python/TypeScript/Go skills will be essential to your

Qualifications

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Familiarity with building platforms for enterprise or internal users.
Daily use of AI models/tools, with knowledge of the frontier.
Proficiency with Python, and experience with TypeScript, Go, and other languages.
Understanding of work across non-technical staff in enterprises.
Knowledge of modern AI agent stack (agents, connectors, context engineering, evals).

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and execute high-potential opportunities to make Computer transformative for every team at Perplexity.
Develop empathy for technical and business teams across disciplines toward collaborating with them to harness AI.
Make knowledge stores and processes legible to Computer, building connectors and evaluation infrastructure.
Close the loop between internal usage and the Computer product, driving platform improvements.
Collaborate with PM, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Enterprise customers to craft simple, reliable product experiences.
