Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an AI/ML Platform Engineering leader to transform independent AI/ML initiatives into a governed, scalable enterprise AI platform from Milwaukee. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, Data Eng, DevOps, MLOps, or AI Infra.
• Proven track record building and operationalizing enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Production experience deploying ML or GenAI solutions.
• Strong cloud expertise: Azure preferred, AWS or GCP.
• Deep enterprise architecture, automation, and cloud infra knowledge.
• Experience supporting highly available, scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Build end-to-end frameworks for data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, governance.
• Establish platform standards and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
• Create reusable infrastructure and deployment patterns.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability for models and data pipelines.
• Partner with Data Scientists, Enterprise Architects, and business leaders.
• Architect AI infrastructure within Azure and Kubernetes.
